About Prashankumar: My name is Prashankumar. I was born in Tirur, Kerala(India). I spent most of my childhood in Mangalam, a small, seaside town on the Tirur border. My father was a Taylor, but later became a quality checker and since he was from Kerala, life on the hot land was a natural for him. My mother was a housewife from Badagara(Calicut). We were the typical single family. Much of my childhood was spent around the docks and fishing boats of Tirur and Ponnani. In 1988, my mother decided to give me a better environment. After a few months, we packed up and moved to Chennai. Chennai a great City with great people and lovely environment was no surprise became the best choice for us. Broadway, Chennai remained my locality through my secondary school years. I graduated from St Gabriel’s higher Secondary School in 2001. I had the opportunity to go to college, but my father lost his job and couldn't afford my academic expenditures. I did most of my college studies by working spare time. I completed B.Sc Mathematics from Thiruthangal Nadar College, and Master of Computer Application from S.A engineering college. I started my carrier as a Trainee at Ninestars technology, after completion of my training by seeing my performance they appointed me as Software Analyst. During June 2008, i shift my carrier to web development and software development; I join HR Group of companies as Technical Executive. I'm been working with the Web since late 2007. I'm currently employed as a .net programmer while living in Chennai, Tamilnadu, which is a much nicer city than you've been led to believe. Venkateshkumar coordinated the authoring and creation of the prog2impress.com and has recently been pushing the limits of the website as hard as he can on every aspect. When not otherwise busy, Venkateshkumar is usually bothering his friends in some fashion to promote this website, I personally thank him for the same. Prog2impress.com is a site dedicated in memory of my brother, Priyadarshan. My brother Priyadarshan died on the 10 July, 2006 at the age of 20. I lost my best friend the day he died, but we have them in our hearts forever and u can’t get closer than that. my prayers are with u. he was so full of life loved his family and friends and his relatives , The loss has devastated my family , i still cant believe he is gone , he was too young to die , I miss him so much. He was a great brother, friend and like my first son, life just does not seem fair to take someone with there whole like ahead of them he was a great person inside and out. We will miss you always. |
